As you are well aware that every year the Ministry of power,Govt.of India ,New Delhi through Govt.of Himachal pradesh observes 14th Dec.as national energy conservation day,since 1990.The main objectives of commemorating this day is to propagate the message of energy conservation among the genral public as well as various sectors of the economy.as a part of energy conservation efforts,the ministry of power with the cooparation of state and Union Territories has been organizing school,state and national painting competition on energy conservation for school childrens for the last five years.

                                                                                               

 

 In addition to painting competition,a debate competitiion at the state and Distt.levels of an essay writting comprtition at the state level for the school childrens of 9th to 10+2 and 6th to 8th standards respectively are to organized in our school like previous year also.These competitions will be carried out with the help of the bureau of energy efficiency(BEE),a statutory body under ministry of power,central public sector undertaking of this ministry and with the active cooperation of State Govt.and state designated aggencies.

•       Govt.Sen.Sec.Schoil.Karsog will help in sensitizing the students and community regarding energy conservation.

  At last I hope that, the students of Edison energy club Karsog will aware and sensitize not only the parents but whole the community,so that     the coming generation may not suffer from energy crises in  future.
